Legal agreement governing your use of oxplay services

By accessing, registering on, or using the oxplay platform and services available at https://oxplay.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Website", "oxplay", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oxplay. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of oxplay services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use oxplay services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. oxplay operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with Indonesian gaming regulations. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request for verification purposes.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and when accessing the Platform. We reserve the right to verify your location using IP address tracking, GPS data, and other technological means. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are not under any legal disability, restraint, or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement or using the services provided by oxplay.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, family members' details, or any other means, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
oxplay takes underage gambling prevention seriously. You will be required to verify your age through KYC documentation before your first withdrawal. Providing false age information is a criminal offense and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
Upon registration, you will create a unique username and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify oxplay customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
oxplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
Your Account will be activated upon successful registration. However, certain features including withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed. oxplay reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual without providing a reason.
oxplay accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name matching your oxplay Account details.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 500,000,000 IDR. Daily deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification level and VIP tier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. The maximum daily withdrawal amount is Rp 500,000,000 IDR for verified Accounts.
Deposits are typically processed instantly and reflected in your Account balance within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified Accounts during business hours (06:00 - 23:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time of up to 24 hours.
Before processing a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, wagered your deposit amount at least once (1x turnover requirement to prevent money laundering), met all applicable Bonus wagering requirements, and cleared any pending investigations or disputes.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). oxplay does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Bonuses are promotional offers extended to Users at the sole discretion of oxplay. Not all Users will be eligible for all Bonuses. Bonus eligibility may be restricted based on Account history, deposit patterns, gameplay behavior, or other factors determined by oxplay.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x the Bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, sports betting contributes based on odds, and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each Bonus promotion's terms.
While wagering a Bonus, the maximum bet per game round or sports bet is Rp 25,000 IDR unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in Bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
oxplay reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting strategies, colluding with other Users, or any other behavior deemed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
All casino games offered on the oxplay Platform utilize certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds are set based on market analysis and adjusted dynamically. Togel (lottery) results are sourced from official international draws including Singapore, Hongkong, and Sydney pools.
In the event of technical malfunctions, errors in game display, calculation errors, or disruptions in service, oxplay reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund Stakes. Players are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity. Losses caused by connection interruptions are the Player's responsibility.
oxplay reserves the right to impose maximum win limits, maximum bet limits, and maximum payout limits on any game or event. These limits may vary by game type, User tier, and other factors at our sole discretion.
For sports betting, if a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be voided and Stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the specific sport's rules. For live casino games, if a game round is interrupted or cancelled by the dealer or system, the round will be voided and Stakes refunded.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination, confiscation of funds, and legal action:
The oxplay Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oxplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall oxplay's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oxplay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds and cancel all pending bets or bonuses. Self-exclusion options are available through our Responsible Gaming program.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to oxplay, provided you have not breached these Terms.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. oxplay reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive Accounts with remaining balances. You will receive notice before such fees are applied.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of oxplay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services. For Users located in Indonesia, you acknowledge that you are using an internationally licensed platform.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact oxplay customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
